You're doing the best you can. I realized recently, after what seemed like a never ending week that the smallest positive affirmations can make all the difference in your spirit. On the way home today, I glanced at the dash of my car where a sticky note is hanging on for dear life.
I read the word on the note aloud. RESILIENCE. "Capable of bouncing back from or adjusting to challenges and changes."
